I really liked this book as it is has a clear plotline that is easy to follow and the characters were very well developed and easy to relate to. Nico starts out as the average teenager, wanting to ask out a girl he really cares for (Ketty), who he thinks is being persued by another boy. In order to impress her, he is tricked into doing all sorts of things with his newly developed powers that he struggles with morally. Overall it was a very good book that I would recommend to everyone.

I loved the way the whole way through the book they don't tell you who Viper is to near the end that is very exciting. Sophie Mc Kenzie is a brilliant author and writes the best books ever. I really enjoyed this book. It has been one of my favourites so far. It is well written and once I started reading I just couldn't stop. This book is filled with adventure and how far this boy Nico would go to be with the girl he loved. It keeps you on your toes and it will keep you guessing. This book is interesting. The character Nico is very hard to understand at the start but as the book continues his personality blossoms. He comes across as a cocky and arrogant lad who only thinks about girls but really it is just put on and he is actually a genuine nice guy I would definetly reccomend this book to everyone. I really hope there is a follow up to this book. ENJOY READING.

The Medusa Project by Sophie McKenzie takes on a unique twist to the idea of gene therapy and moulding children to desired ideals. McKenzie blends science and drama and a fast paced action to create a novel rich with potential and fun and I reccomend this and if you are into suspense then by all means read this book. I can't wait till the hostage comes out.
